Muncipalities: The city of Culemborg declared itself GMO-free in August 2004.

In August 2004 the local government of Culemborg declared itself GMO-free. The municipality may not use gmo-crops and there is a ban on the use of genetically manipulated crops and animals in agricultural areas.
